We review every request before billing so we can make sure the service you selected fits what your business actually needs.

If we have questions about your selections, we will reach out before anything is finalized.

Once your services are confirmed, we will let you know:

• What is included

• Any information or access we need from you

• Your expected onboarding or setup period

• Your actual service start date

• Your final pricing, if you selected a service listed as starting at or custom priced

After those details are confirmed, we will send your payment link.

For monthly services

Recurring billing begins on the first day of active service, not during onboarding or setup.

For example, if your account requires several days of setup before we can begin providing the service, you will know that timeline before payment is requested. Your recurring billing date will be based on the date your active service begins.

For one-time projects

Project scope, pricing, and timing will be confirmed before payment is requested.
